This pump is suitable for hot water between 150℃ to 400℃, hot oil or other high-temperature medium with similar physical and chemical properties to oil.Ⅱ Product featuresThe pump body consists of gear box, electric machine, flywheel crosshead and so on. The gear box is lubricated in a way of splash.The pump body is made up of a steel-cast double jacket structure which the steam can be inputted to preserve heat (e.g. heavy oil). A sealed, reliable and action sensitive ball valve is used in the pump valve structure. There is a cooling jacket between the pump head and the tank, using water cycle to effectively prevent the heat of the pump head from spreading to the tank. The most advanced high-temperature graphite fiber packing in our country is used as gland packing for this pump.
